  • This class is specially designed for our young athletes who want to improve on their physical bodies. We train their mindset and teach them how to coordinate their physique in order to keep on improving their alignment and symmetry.
  • It is a necessary class to keep working on their instrument in order to perform at a higher level.
  • Main focus of this class is to use special gymnastic exercises to build a solid foundation through stretching and mobility drills. This method allows athletes abilities to increase endurance, strength and overall coordination, which transfers directly to performance during competition or training sessions.
  • What to bring to class: Comfortable sports clothes, water bottle and your positive energy
